DELH's vision is to cultivate globally minded individuals who respect cultural diversity and contribute meaningfully to the global community on a professional and personal level.

Mission statement

To provide a comprehensive and inclusive framework for foreign language education that fosters global competence, cultural understanding and multilingual proficiency in all schools in Malta and Gozo. Through innovative curriculum design that integrates the latest technologies and evidence-based practices, DELH aims to empower educators with tools and training to deliver effective, engaging and inclusive language instruction so that learners become equipped with global competences and are able to effectively communicate in diverse linguistic contexts and succeed in a connected world.
