SOIRéE INTERNATIONALE AT ST THERESA MIDDLE SCHOOL BKARA

On Friday, April 4, 2025, an International Evening (International Night 2025) was organized in the hall of Saint Theresa College, Middle School, Ta’ Paris, Birkirkara. French cuisine was highlighted through a variety of delicacies: the famous quiche Lorraine, tapenade, anchoïade, Breton biscuits, madeleines, and, of course, colourful macarons. These were all prepared by students of French and their teacher, Ms Deborah Mizzi. The event was a real success — the students and their parents all expressed their admiration for the richness and diversity of the French dishes on offer.

In addition to the tasting, each guest was able to choose a bookmark illustrated with magnificent French images. These bookmarks, featuring various scenes from France, were particularly appreciated, offering a memorable souvenir of this unique evening.

This international event not only celebrated French gastronomy but also strengthened the close bonds between students, their parents, and the teachers!
