Lo Stivale
Lo Stivale is an educational magazine which was first published in 1982 in Malta. Its aim is to support teachers of Italian with useful resources and help students who want to learn Italian. In schools, it is mainly used for Years 7-11. As from 2022, it is no longer printed but it is issued yearly and is available online free of charge. Every year, students may also participate in the “Crea la copertina” competition which is available in the last few pages of the magazine.
A new special Lo Stivale edition is being published in 2025. The first one is dedicated to Christmas and to traditions linked to this period of the year in Italy. The magazine contains pages which integrate language and culture learning.

At the beginning of 2026, Lo Stivale has its own Youtube channel with audiovisual content for different learning levels.
